WhyCOBRA Administration?

Employers with at least 20 employees are required to offer eligible employees the opportunity to retain health care coverage for a period of time after experiencing a qualifying life event that would otherwise terminate coverage. This benefit may also extend to spouses and dependents in many cases.

Failure to comply with federal COBRA requirements can result in costly penalties and potential litigation.
